Order Fulfillment: We strive to ship SAME DAY!

All orders received before 12:00 PM EST ship within 1 business day. But, we usually ship the same day as purchase.

Shipping Carriers:

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order when you choose FREE Economy Shipping (5-8 business days), Standard, or Expedited. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. AK, HI, and International shipments do not qualify for free shipping, but customers in these locales do get discounted shipping rates calculated in their cart.

We ship your package from New York, so please take that into consideration when choosing shipping speed.

Return Policy: 30 DAYS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return most unused items to us for any reason within 30 days of receipt for refund. We think this policy is a fair length of time considering most of our prices are the lowest out there and resemble clearance/outlet pricing. All returned items must be in brand new and re-sellable condition with all tags, packaging, accessories and documentation still intact and in their original condition.

All returns will receive a full refund, less the original shipping charge (unless we make a mistake, which we hope never happens, but we are human too!). Please remember that if you return any items from an order in which you received free shipping and/or a promotional gift or discount, the original savings associated with the returned item will be deducted from the refund amount.  But, we almost always give a full refund back unless we suspect someone is abusing our free shipping or returning brand new items used.  Please allow up to one billing cycle for your credit card company to process and post the refund amount to your account.

The item must be in its original condition: Please ensure that the item you are returning is in brand new condition with all of its original product packaging. We cannot accept returns of products that have been used, as we are not able to resell such products.

Wait for a Return Authorization number:

In order to expedite return processing and to prevent errors, please wait for RA # prior to shipping your return. You should receive RA # for your return request almost immediately and we will give you an option for us to email you a return label.

Carefully pack and send:

When sending your return, please use the original (or comparable) shipping box and ship pre-paid via an insured carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for damage to returned items while they are in transit.

Exceptions:

Used Pre-owned Items: Used items sold as "pre-owned" are final sales and may not be returned.

First Aid, Safety Gear, Search & Rescue Equipment: For legal liability reasons and for your personal safety, may not be returned or exchanged.
